Masnoon Nikah · Legal & Community Information
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Masnoon Nikah.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MasnoonNikah.com, Masnoon Nikah member accounts, matrimonial proposals, communications, search tools, support services and other features that link to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using the platform.
By creating an account, submitting a proposal, accepting an applicable fee commitment, making a payment or otherwise using Masnoon Nikah, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service.
1. About Masnoon Nikah
Masnoon Nikah is an online matrimonial platform designed for adults genuinely seeking marriage.
The platform may allow users to:
- Create matrimonial proposals
- Search or browse available proposals
- Save or express interest in proposals
- Communicate through available platform features
- Manage privacy settings
- Access protected information where permitted
- Report inappropriate or suspicious behaviour
- Use support services
- Access other matrimonial features introduced by Masnoon Nikah
Masnoon Nikah currently operates as an online service and does not currently represent itself as operating a public walk-in marriage-bureau office.
Legal Operator:
Official service information and support channels are published through MasnoonNikah.com.
2. Our Purpose
Serious Marriage Only
Masnoon Nikah exists for genuine matrimonial purposes.
It is not intended to operate as:
- A casual dating platform
- A hookup service
- An entertainment or endless-swiping platform
- A platform for inappropriate or sexual solicitation
- A place for commercial solicitation unrelated to matrimonial services
- A method for obtaining people’s personal information for unrelated purposes
By using Masnoon Nikah, you confirm that you intend to use the platform responsibly and consistently with its matrimonial purpose.
3. Eligibility
You Must Be an Adult
You may create a matrimonial account or proposal only if you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into the relevant agreements.
You must not:
- Create a matrimonial proposal for a person under 18
- Pretend to be older than you are
- Allow an underage person to use your account as a matrimonial account
- Use Masnoon Nikah for unlawful purposes
Masnoon Nikah may request reasonable information where age or eligibility is genuinely in question.
Accounts that violate the age requirement may be restricted or removed.
4. Accounts Created or Managed with Family Help
Families May Help — But Information Must Remain Accurate
Masnoon Nikah recognises that parents and family members may be actively involved in the rishta process.
Where the platform permits a family member to assist with an account or proposal, the person represented by that proposal must still be an eligible adult and the information provided must be accurate.
A parent or family member must not:
- Impersonate an adult without their knowledge where consent is required
- Publish misleading information
- Create a proposal for a minor
- Make marriage commitments on behalf of another adult without appropriate authority
The person responsible for the account remains responsible for compliance with these Terms.
5. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and current.
You must not:
- Create an account using another person’s identity without proper authority
- Use false contact details to mislead the platform
- Maintain accounts for prohibited purposes
- Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
- Transfer or sell your account
- Give another unrelated person unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access.
6. Account Security
Keep Your Login Information Private
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
You should:
- Use a strong password where passwords apply
- Protect login links or verification codes
- Log out from shared devices
- Report suspected unauthorised access
- Keep your account contact information reasonably current
Masnoon Nikah support will not need your password, bank PIN or secret one-time verification code.
If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact support promptly.
7. Matrimonial Proposals
Your Proposal Must Be Genuine
Information in your proposal should be provided honestly and for genuine matrimonial purposes.
Depending on available fields, a proposal may include information concerning:
- Age
- Location
- Nationality
- Marital status
- Education
- Profession
- Religious information
- Family background
- Personal circumstances
- Partner preferences
- Photographs
- Other information relevant to matrimonial search
You are responsible for information you submit.
Do not knowingly include information that is materially false, deceptive or intended to mislead another person.
8. Important Information Must Not Be Deliberately Hidden or Misrepresented
Marriage decisions can depend on significant personal circumstances.
Users must not intentionally misrepresent material facts that they know would reasonably affect another person’s decision to proceed.
Masnoon Nikah does not determine every fact that must be disclosed in every marriage situation.
Users and families remain responsible for having appropriate discussions and conducting their own verification before making commitments.
9. Proposal Review and Approval
Submission Does Not Guarantee Approval
Submitted proposals may go through an admin-review process before becoming approved or visible according to platform rules.
Masnoon Nikah may:
- Approve a proposal
- Request changes
- Keep a proposal pending
- Reject a proposal
- Restrict its visibility
- Suspend it
- Remove it
where reasonably necessary to apply platform rules, address safety concerns, correct misuse or comply with legal requirements.
Where practical, Masnoon Nikah may provide information explaining why action was taken.
10. Admin-Reviewed Does Not Mean Fully Verified
This distinction is important.
A proposal being reviewed or approved by Masnoon Nikah does not mean that Masnoon Nikah guarantees:
- The person’s identity
- Age beyond checks actually performed
- Education
- Employment
- Income
- Family background
- Nationality
- Immigration status
- Marital history
- Religious claims
- Character
- Health
- Financial position
- Compatibility
- Any other statement made by a member
Unless Masnoon Nikah explicitly states that a particular fact has been verified through a defined verification process, users should not interpret approval as independent verification of that fact.
Always conduct your own due diligence.
11. How Masnoon Nikah Works
Masnoon Nikah provides a platform through which potential marriage seekers may discover one another.
Masnoon Nikah does not:
- Choose your spouse for you
- Guarantee compatibility
- Guarantee a marriage
- Guarantee the success of a marriage
- Act as the legal representative of either party
- Make marriage decisions for individuals or families
Search results, filters or recommendations are discovery tools only.
The final decision belongs entirely to the individuals and families involved.
12. Platform Fees — Pakistan
Current Pakistan Pricing
For users to whom Pakistan pricing applies, the current core launch pricing is:
First Platform-Fee Period
Rs. 0
No monthly platform fee applies during the first eligible platform-fee period.
From the Second Platform-Fee Period
Rs. 300 per month
The regular platform fee applies while continued paid access is required under the current service rules.
Successful Marriage Fee
Rs. 12,000 one time
A one-time successful-marriage fee applies when the conditions explained below are met.
Any taxes, payment-processing charges or other amounts that become legally applicable will be disclosed where required.
13. When Does the First Free Month Begin?
A Clear Starting Point
For fairness and clarity, the first free platform-fee period begins when your first matrimonial proposal is approved and your account receives normal matrimonial access.
The free period lasts for 30 consecutive days from that point.
Time spent waiting for the initial proposal review does not reduce this first free period.
After the first 30-day period ends, the regular platform fee may become payable if you continue using features for which the fee applies.
If Masnoon Nikah later changes the billing structure, affected users will be informed as required before a materially different fee becomes applicable.
14. International Pricing
Pakistan pricing does not necessarily apply to every country or region.
For users outside Pakistan, Masnoon Nikah may introduce regional pricing based on the user’s applicable region or payment context.
Where regional pricing applies:
- The applicable amount must be shown before the commitment is accepted
- A user should not be expected to guess the applicable success fee
- The recorded fee commitment should identify the amount that applies to that user
Masnoon Nikah will not retroactively replace an already accepted fee amount merely because a later pricing schedule is different, except where both sides agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
15. What Is a “Successful Marriage”?
Objective Success-Fee Trigger
For purposes of these Terms, a Successful Marriage occurs when:
a Nikah or other legally recognised marriage takes place between a Masnoon Nikah member and another person whose matrimonial connection with that member originated through Masnoon Nikah.
The Rs. 12,000 Pakistan success fee therefore does not become payable merely because:
- You viewed a proposal
- You liked a proposal
- You expressed interest
- Contact details were shared
- Families spoke
- The parties met
- A proposal was considered
- Discussions became serious
The success fee becomes payable when the marriage itself takes place, subject to these Terms.
This definition is intended to make the fee trigger clear and avoid ambiguity.
16. Connections That Move Outside the Platform
Moving communication from Masnoon Nikah to:
- Telephone
- Social media
- Family-to-family communication
- In-person meetings
- Another communication service
does not by itself change where the original matrimonial connection came from.
If a marriage takes place and the two people first discovered or connected with each other through Masnoon Nikah, the applicable success fee may still apply even if later communication occurred outside the platform.
17. Account Deletion Does Not Cancel an Already-Originated Connection
Deleting, suspending or closing an account does not automatically erase obligations connected to a matrimonial introduction that already originated through Masnoon Nikah.
For fairness, the successful-marriage fee will apply to a qualifying marriage that occurs within 12 months after the member’s last relevant Masnoon Nikah interaction with that person or account closure, whichever is later, where the original connection can reasonably be established as originating through Masnoon Nikah.
After that period, Masnoon Nikah will not claim a success fee solely on the basis of an old platform connection unless a different enforceable agreement applies.
18. Success-Fee Commitment
Masnoon Nikah may require a member to acknowledge the applicable successful-marriage fee before obtaining or continuing certain matrimonial features.
The acknowledgement may be recorded electronically.
The record may include:
- Member/account identifier
- Applicable fee amount
- Applicable region or currency
- Date and time
- Terms version
- The acknowledgement or promise submitted
- Relevant technical records reasonably necessary to preserve evidence of acceptance
The purpose of this acknowledgement is to make the fee transparent before the obligation can arise.
19. Changing an Existing Fee Commitment
An already recorded success-fee commitment should not be casually altered.
If a member believes the recorded amount is incorrect or requires a legitimate change, the member should contact Masnoon Nikah support through the official support channel.
Where a change is approved, Masnoon Nikah should retain a record of:
- The previous commitment
- The revised amount
- The reason for the change
- The date of change
- Relevant administrative notes
Fee commitment support:
20. Payment Obligations
You are responsible for paying fees that have validly become due under the applicable pricing terms.
Masnoon Nikah may restrict paid features where an applicable platform fee remains unpaid.
Masnoon Nikah may also contact a member concerning:
- An overdue platform fee
- A successful-marriage fee
- A payment discrepancy
- A payment confirmation
- A fee commitment
Users should only make payments through payment methods officially identified by Masnoon Nikah.
Never send a platform fee to an unknown individual merely because they claim to represent Masnoon Nikah.
21. Refunds and Payment Errors
Fees are generally for access periods or obligations that have already arisen.
A payment may be reviewed where there is:
- A duplicate payment
- A demonstrable technical payment error
- An incorrect amount charged by Masnoon Nikah
- A refund right required by applicable law
- Another circumstance in which Masnoon Nikah expressly approves a refund
A successful-marriage fee that validly became due because a qualifying marriage occurred is generally not refundable merely because circumstances later change, including separation or divorce.
This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
22. No Guarantee of Results
Masnoon Nikah cannot guarantee:
- A particular number of proposals
- Availability in every city or country
- That another person will respond
- That an interest will be accepted
- That families will agree
- That a suitable match will be found
- The time required to find a potential spouse
- That a marriage will occur
- That a resulting marriage will be successful
Availability depends on real members, proposals, preferences and circumstances.
Do not rely on Masnoon Nikah as guaranteeing a specific matrimonial outcome.
23. Privacy and Contact Information
Information visibility is governed by platform settings, access rules and our Privacy Policy.
Protected contact details are not intended for unrestricted public display.
You must not misuse another person’s:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address
- Private photograph
- Proposal information
- Family information
- Messages
- Identity information
- Other protected information
Access to information for matrimonial evaluation does not give you permission to publish or distribute that information for unrelated purposes.
24. Photographs and Media
You retain ownership of photographs and original content that you lawfully provide.
By uploading content to Masnoon Nikah, you give Masnoon Nikah a limited, non-exclusive permission to:
- Store it
- Process it
- Resize or compress it
- Remove unnecessary metadata where appropriate
- Display it according to applicable privacy settings
- Deliver it to authorised users
- Review it for moderation
- Use it as technically necessary to provide the service
This permission exists only for operating, securing, moderating and improving the Masnoon Nikah service.
It does not transfer ownership of your photograph to Masnoon Nikah.
You must have the right to upload any photograph or content you submit.
25. Private Photos
Where a photograph is designated private, access should be governed by the applicable platform permissions.
A person who receives authorised access to a private photograph must not:
- Redistribute it
- Publish it
- Sell it
- Upload it elsewhere without permission
- Use it to impersonate the member
- Use it for harassment or blackmail
- Use it for unrelated commercial or personal purposes
Technical access controls cannot prevent every screenshot or recording made by an authorised viewer.
Misuse may result in account action and, where appropriate, other legal remedies.
26. Messaging and Communication Rules
When using Masnoon Nikah communication features, you must behave respectfully.
You must not use the platform for:
- Harassment
- Threats
- Abuse
- Obscene or sexually explicit solicitation
- Hate or targeted intimidation
- Blackmail
- Extortion
- Spam
- Unrelated advertising
- Financial scams
- Requests for unlawful payments
- Impersonation
- Repeated unwanted contact
- Other unlawful or seriously inappropriate behaviour
A person’s interest in marriage does not create an obligation to continue talking to you.
If someone declines, withdraws interest or asks you to stop contacting them, respect that decision.
27. Financial Solicitation Between Members
Masnoon Nikah is not intended to facilitate personal loans, investments or financial solicitation between members.
Be cautious if another person asks for:
- Emergency money
- Travel expenses
- Visa fees
- Medical expenses
- Business investment
- Loans
- Gift cards
- Cryptocurrency
- Banking access
- Verification codes
- Money transfers on behalf of another person
Masnoon Nikah does not guarantee or endorse private financial arrangements between members.
Suspicious financial solicitation may be reported.
28. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the service if you are under 18
- Create false or deceptive proposals
- Impersonate another person
- Use stolen photographs
- Harass or threaten users
- Use the platform for casual sexual or dating solicitation
- Scam or defraud users
- Solicit money deceptively
- Send spam
- Scrape or harvest member data
- Collect contact details for marketing
- Sell member information
- Republish private profiles or photographs
- Circumvent privacy controls
- Bypass account or usage restrictions
- Interfere with platform security
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Introduce malicious code
- Automate abusive account activity
- Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement
- Misuse reports
- Violate intellectual-property rights
- Engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law
29. Reporting Another Member
Users may report activity that appears to violate these Terms or platform rules.
Reports should be made in good faith.
Knowingly submitting fabricated reports to harass another member may itself violate these Terms.
Masnoon Nikah may review available information and take appropriate platform action.
Reporting does not guarantee a specific outcome.
For privacy and safety reasons, Masnoon Nikah may not always disclose detailed information about action taken against another account.
30. Suspension, Restrictions and Account Removal
Masnoon Nikah may restrict, suspend or remove an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious or repeated rule violations
- False or deceptive information
- Impersonation
- Harassment
- Fraud or suspected scams
- Underage use
- Privacy abuse
- Security risks
- Spam
- Misuse of member data
- Non-payment where paid access is required
- Legal requirements
- Other significant misuse of the service
The type of action may depend on the seriousness and circumstances of the issue.
Where practical and appropriate, users may be informed of the reason for significant account action.
31. Appeal or Clarification
If you believe an account, proposal or moderation decision was made in error, you may contact support and provide relevant information.
An appeal does not guarantee reversal.
Masnoon Nikah may maintain the original decision where it reasonably concludes that the action was justified under the platform rules.
Contact Support:
32. Closing Your Account
You may use available account controls or contact support to request account closure.
Account closure does not automatically erase:
- Fees already due
- Existing successful-marriage obligations
- Legitimate payment records
- Report or moderation records required for safety
- Information required for legal disputes
- Limited fraud-prevention records
- Information another user lawfully received before closure
Personal-information retention and deletion are explained further in our Privacy Policy.
33. Independent Verification Is Your Responsibility
Verify Before Making a Marriage Decision
Before proceeding toward marriage, you and your family should independently consider verifying information important to your decision.
This may include:
- Identity
- Age
- Marital status
- Family circumstances
- Education
- Employment
- Financial representations
- Residence
- Immigration claims
- Religious or lifestyle claims
- Other material matters
Masnoon Nikah should be treated as a discovery platform—not a substitute for responsible verification.
34. Meeting Another Person
Masnoon Nikah does not supervise private meetings between users.
If you decide to meet another person:
- Use reasonable personal-safety precautions
- Involve family or trusted people where appropriate
- Choose appropriate meeting arrangements
- Do not allow pressure to override your judgement
You are responsible for decisions concerning private meetings and off-platform communication.

Masnoon Nikah does not guarantee immigration outcomes, visa eligibility or legal recognition of a particular marriage in another jurisdiction.
Seek qualified professional advice where necessary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such material is general information and does not constitute personalised:

- Other proprietary materials
You may use the website for personal matrimonial purposes permitted by these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, scrape or commercially exploit Masnoon Nikah content or technology without permission or another lawful basis.

- Maintained
- Temporarily unavailable
- Changed for security reasons

Masnoon Nikah may add, modify or discontinue features.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid obligation, appropriate information should be provided where required.
40. Future Masnoon Nikah Services
Masnoon Nikah may expand beyond its initial matrimonial platform in the future.
Additional services may have:
- Separate eligibility requirements
- Separate fees
- Separate cancellation rules
- Separate terms
- Additional privacy notices
These Terms should not automatically be interpreted as governing a future service where separate terms are presented for that service.
41. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee concerning:
- Member honesty
- Accuracy of user-generated information

- Continuous technical availability
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
42. Limitation of Responsibility

- A user’s failure to perform reasonable verification
- A relationship or marriage outcome
- A third-party service or infrastructure provider outside Masnoon Nikah’s reasonable control

- Loss, alteration or disclosure caused by events outside Masnoon Nikah’s reasonable control
Masnoon Nikah aims to use reasonable measures to protect its platform and information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability, and security threats can evolve despite reasonable precautions.
This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from Masnoon Nikah’s own conduct where applicable law provides otherwise.
43. Your Responsibility for Misuse
You are responsible for your own unlawful or prohibited use of Masnoon Nikah.
If your conduct causes harm, legal claims, platform costs or losses because you:
- Submitted unlawful content
- Impersonated another person

- Committed fraud
- Deliberately breached these Terms
you may be responsible for the consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

- Pricing changes
- Business changes
- Legal requirements
- Operational changes
The updated Terms will show a revised Last Updated date.
Where a change materially affects existing users or their payment obligations, additional notice or renewed acceptance may be required where appropriate.

51. Severability

The affected provision should be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to make it lawful where permitted.
52. No Waiver
If Masnoon Nikah does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean the provision has been permanently waived.
Likewise, allowing an exception in one situation does not necessarily create a right to the same exception in another situation.
53. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or fee commitments expressly accepted for a particular feature or service, form the agreement governing your use of Masnoon Nikah.
If specific additional terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms should apply to that specific feature or transaction to the extent stated.
